These matters concerned cross-border transactions and large-scale infrastructure projects in diverse industry sectors including construction, mining, oil and gas, electricity, defense, information technology, telecommunications, finance, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

We advise clients on each stage of the dispute resolution process, from the negotiation of arbitration clauses in non-contentious settings, to mediation, and the conduct of arbitral proceedings, including advocacy at trial, through to the enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards. We have represented clients in matters arbitrated under the rules or auspices of major institutions including:

One of our team members worked at the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC managing over a hundred arbitral proceedings.
